We stand by the quality of our products and services, offering a 12-month warranty from the date of your transaction and purchase. To activate this warranty, you must provide proof of purchase, typically in the form of a receipt, when making a claim. Please note that bank statements are not accepted as valid documentation. It is important to understand that this warranty may be invalidated in cases of customer-induced malfunction, malicious damage, misuse, tampering, adjusting of settings, or if another party or business becomes involved before contacting Car Sound Security Limited. Additionally, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and the non-transferability of the warranty are not covered.
After the initial 12-month period, our Installation Workshop may charge a fee for any product removal or installation.

Avoid Over-Driving the Amplifier: Refrain from over-driving the amplifier, as this can lead to distortion or clipping, potentially causing damage to the speaker or subwoofer.
Accurate Gain Control Settings: Ensure that your gain controls are precisely set. Refer to the owner’s handbook for instructions on proper adjustment.
Appropriate Attachment Ratings: Verify that any attachment of speakers or subwoofers to the sound set is appropriately rated for the amplifier unit.
It is crucial to adhere to all these instructions. Failure to do so may result in burning or damage to the speaker or subwoofer voice coils, potentially rendering them non-functional. Such damage will void your warranty. For a seamless experience, we strongly recommend professional installation by a specialist from Car Sound Security. Our Installation services may vary based on the vehicle type, subject to inspection by one of our approved technicians. Rest assured, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
