All products are supplied with a 12 months manufacturer’s warranty, No Products are supplied on a trial basis, therefore it is your responsibility to verify its compatibility with your vehicle or communicate with one of our specialists to confirm as a consumer this does not have an effect on your statuary rights. Ways to Return your items

In-Store purchases
Any product purchased In-store is returnable within 14 days of purchase considering the packaging is sealed and unopened, within this scenario we are more than happy to provide you with a full refund on your original payment. If you wish to return the item via post, then you will be responsible for any costs that are incurred for the delivery of the product in-store.
YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR RECIEPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE WHEN CLAIMING A REFUND
Online Purchases
Any items that are in promotion in conjunction with another item bought whether it is online or in-store, all items involved within the offer must be returned. All online purchased products incur at 25% of restocking fee plus any relevant delivery charges. Special order items are non-returnable. It is your responsibility to deliver the goods to us at the resealable condition including all instructions, packaging, labelling and the inventory itself. Any products that are in any condition other than what has been mentioned above, will be returned back to the customer with any additional delivery charges the company has to incur. The procedure to return any specified goods is to first contact Car Sound Security within 2 working days of receiving the product so that we could help you in creating a Returns authorisation number (RAN), as goods will not be accepted without this specific RAN and in result your right to cancel a refund will be rejected.
Installations
We shall not be held responsible for any third-party labour charges you have paid for; the Policy implications suggests that any claim or issue should be dealt with our Car Sound Security engineers to resolve.
